STELLAIRE ("we", "us") is a web agency based in Montréal, Québec. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive the name, business name, email address and message you provide. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Why we collect it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or concept, and communicate with you about a possible project. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
How it is stored
Form submissions are handled through our hosting provider and reach us by email. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to follow up, and remove it on request.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your chosen language is stored in your browser (local storage) only so the site remembers it on your next visit; this never leaves your device.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our website host and email provider), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you may:
- ask what personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent to our use of it.
